TRX is a Suspension Training method using your bodyweight, gravity, and movement combined with the suspension trainer to build muscle strength and endurance by intentionally displacing your center of gravity. Due to the unstable nature of the TRX straps, you use your core muscles on virtually every exercise, increasing overall core strength and coordination.
Who can benefit from TRX training?
In a word–EVERYONE. TRX is for anyone, regardless of his or her fitness level, who wants to quickly improve his or her strength and overall fitness. The suspension straps and the exercises that utilize them are customized to each person, according to fitness level and goals by our expert TRX Trainers.
How do I get started?
Performance Fitness trainers use TRX Suspension Training in many Boot Camp classes, but we also offer a dedicated TRX Training class weekly for our current Boot Campers or for anyone who would like to give it a try.
