WHAT IS STRENGTH CAMP?
Strength Camp is our specialty boot camp that focuses on strength training. We use bodyweight, progressive calisthenics, TRX, dumbbells and kettlebells to help you burn fat, get strong, and get lean. We currently offer Strength Camp twice a week at two locations. Strength Camp will help you change your body faster than anything your could do on your own. Taught by our rock star trainers, Strength Camp is proven to get you results. We’re talking improvement in appearance, energy levels and quality of life!
