Performance Fitness owner Michelle Collier began exercising over a decade ago as part of her own weight loss program. Her life-changing experience turned into a full-time career in health and fitness that’s been benefitting people all over the Main Line since 2003.
Michelle grew her business out of an authentic desire to help people reach their fitness goals without having to join a gym, perform endless hours of cardio or pay ridiculous amounts for flash-in-the-pan fitness fads.
